The 2025 IPSC Emerging Leaders Forum is an initiative from the Indo-Pacific Studies Center, aiming to nurture the next generation of leaders who will help to advise, inform and shape the future of the broad Indo-Pacific region.
This forum aims to connect young professionals, university students, emerging voices, and key stakeholders from academia, industry, and government in order to engage in dialogue, learning, enquiry, and policy discussions that address the Indo-Pacific’s most pressing challenges.

The 2025 IPSC Emerging Leaders Forum was created to bridge the worlds of academia, industry, and government, fostering a platform where emerging leaders can build cross-sector connections, whilst enhancing their understanding of the Indo-Pacific region’s complex, and changing, dynamics.
By equipping participants with knowledge and networks, the forum aims to empower participants in tackling regional issues, , and in strengthening cooperative ties across nations.
